This policy explains what we collect when you use this website and apply to partner with us, why we collect it, who receives it, and what control you have over it.
When you submit an application, we collect the information you provide:
We also automatically record technical information: the marketing parameters that brought you here (UTM values), the referring website, your IP address at the moment of submission, a timestamp, and the version of the form you completed. The IP address and timestamp are kept as proof of the consent you gave.

Applications are retained for up to 24 months from submission so that we can follow up and, where relevant, reconsider an application later. Consent records are retained for at least the period required to demonstrate compliance. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Submissions are stored on access-restricted infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access is limited to the people who need it to review applications.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to info@p9agency.com. If you have consented to phone or text contact, you can withdraw that consent at any time - reply STOP to any text message, or tell us by email.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you specific rights.
Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), commercial information (income range you report), internet activity (referring site, advertising parameters), and geolocation at country level.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, the use of advertising technologies such as the Meta Pixel may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law.

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage entries: one to remember your cookie notice choice, one to retain the advertising parameters that brought you here, and - only after you accept the notice - the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. No advertising technology loads before you accept.
This website and our services are intended solely for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Applications indicating an age under 18 are rejected and not stored for review.
